The Hans Peter Zimmer Foundation exists through the leasing of commercial and event facilities. Each tenant is a catalyzer of the foundation.

Musicians - Rehearsal Rooms

Over the last several years, this area has become home to numerous bands and musicians.

Creative Business - Industrial Spaces

The industrial units, with a ceiling height of 340 to 420 cm, are located in a central, inner-city location of Düsseldorf. These units are especially suitable for creative industries and studios.

Firms - Event Spaces

The rental of conference rooms for small or large events can also be arranged. The area ranges from 100 square meter spaces for small events to over 1000 square meters for major events.
